What you’ll do?
  • Provide exceptional support – assist clients with e-commerce platform issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems – identify, analyze, and solve issues.
  • Manage client relationships – maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams – work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support.
  • Document solutions – create and maintain detailed documentation of support processes and solutions for future reference.
What are we looking for?
  • At least 3 years of experience in the technical support field with exposure to technical and regular users.
  • Analytical thinking and good communication skills in an English-speaking work environment.
  • Good understanding and demonstrated experience with web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, XML, Python.
  • Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience with Oracle SQL.
  • Ability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM BG time; on-call availability on a rota.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in tickets/knowledge base articles.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to establish priorities and develop efficient and logical approaches to meet set deadlines and achieve goals.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related STEM field.
  • Experience with e-commerce technologies (Salesforce B2B, B2C) or large interconnected enterprise systems will be considered an advantage.
  • Passion for technology and attention to detail.
